In a world where people can buy skinny, I coach people to become strong.

In a world where people can buy skinny, I want to shout from the rooftops about the power of being strong.
Strength isn't just about how much you can lift. It's about building a body that's capable, resilient and healthy for life.
My mission is to help people build muscle, improve their fitness and become stronger—because when you focus on strength, a leaner body is often the result, not the obsession.
Train for strength. Enjoy the body that comes with it.

GO RUN CRAWFORDSBURN
Go Run NI is a running community-focused network created by Athletics NI, which aims to support runners and Run Leaders within Northern Ireland to bring them together in a fun and supportive environment.
I knew there was an interest in Crawfordsburn and the surrounding areas to get like minded females together, offering support, encouragement and most importantly having a bit of craic in the process.
I'm absolutely delighted with the turnout for our launch run onMonday 1st September with 19 ladies of all mixed abilities but with one vey common interest, to get out doors and have a good time.
Thanks soo much for coming, look forward to seeing you next time.
Julie xx
